黄维贵，字周士，一字怀龙。顺德人。明神宗万历十年（一五八二）举人，任浙江乐清知县，升温州府同知。寻以病致仕归，筑室溪上，暇时惟与山癯野叟临流觞咏，以相娱乐。尝从学归善杨起元，高谈性命之学，深诣远到。兰溪徐鲁源时以宪使倡道粤中，维贵复与之参订异同，娓娓不倦。有《敦仁堂稿》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三八有传。
