沈与求（1086—1137），宋代大臣。字必先，号龟溪，湖州德清（今属浙江）人。政和五年进士。历官明州通判、监察御史、殿中侍御史、吏部尚书兼权翰林学士兼侍读，荆湖南路安抚使、镇江知府兼两浙西路安抚使、吏部尚书、参知政事、明州知府、知枢密院事。著有《龟溪集》。
