君肃吾良朋，天资秀而颖。以忍名其斋，求余为序引。
余闻刃制心，其字谓之忍。一忍宽百忧，百动归一静。
人心本至明，万善集虚境。外物一障之，天真随晦泯。
意猿肆颉颃，气马浪驰骋。以忍作防闲，如物有绳准。
圣贤养心学，最切是惩忿。愚者一不校，鲁者三自省。
行行无取才，宜为夫子哂。师德岂懦夫，见善必操秉。
唾面令自乾，可以愧不逞。公艺忠孝人，家法肃而整。
九世有盘盂，一字其要领。愿子继自今，去过贵乎敏。
育德必体蒙，辨义直观井。意融妄尽消，心清事亦省。
我少染习气，近亦痛除屏。作诗虽警君，且欲以自警。

王迈(1184～1248) ，南宋诗人。字实之，一作贯之。自号臞轩居士。今福建仙游县园庄镇（旧称慈孝里）人。嘉定十年(1217)进士，经历南外睦宗院教授、漳州通判等职。为人刚直敢言，刘克庄曾以"策好人争诵，名高士责全"诗句相赠。后来他由于应诏直言，被台官弹劾而降职。淳□中，主持邵武军事务，死后追封为司农少卿。
