译文
乌黑的长发像乌云堆砌在枕上，发间的翠翘也已经歪落。午睡间突然被惊醒，望着满眼却只是春色的温红软绿。轻柔优美的人儿，哪经得起又一春的岁月煎熬。只怕，人老珠黄玉减香消。 柳树下的红门伴着小桥。多少次等到天黑点上蜡烛映红了窗子，多少次误以为是他打马经过。断肠呀，风花雪月可怜无尽长宵。忍着萎靡的样子，却又，十分无聊。
注释
鸣镳（míng biāo）：马衔铁。借指乘骑。
恹恹（yān yān）：精神萎靡的样子
嬛嬛一袅：嬛嬛（xuān）：轻柔美丽；袅：指体态优美的样子；形容女子婀娜多姿。
楚宫腰：形容女性细小的腰身。
宵（xiāo）：夜。

蔡伸（1088—1156）字伸道，号友古居士，莆田（今属福建）人，蔡襄孙。政和五年（1115）进士。宣和年间，出知潍州北海县、通判徐州。赵构以康王开大元帅幕府，伸间道谒军门，留置幕府。南渡后，通判真州，除知滁州。秦桧当国，以赵鼎党被罢，主管台州崇道观。绍兴九年（1139），起知徐州，改知德安府。后为浙东安抚司参谋官，提举崇道观。绍兴二十六年卒，年六十九。《宋史翼》有传。伸少有文名，擅书法，得祖襄笔意。工词，与向子諲同官彭城漕属，屡有酬赠。有《友古居士词》一卷。 存词175首。
