译文
不重视名利和荣辱，就不会有一切烦恼。夜晚在烛灯前独自唱歌、独自喝酒、独自沉吟、独自大笑。加上群山雪满和明月朗照的美景，心情更为舒畅。就算是再增加一百岁寿命又能怎样，还不是一样要老去。
富贵不能永葆，建功立业又何时能了。金钱富贵又能争到多少？光阴易逝，应当抓紧时间及时行乐。等到春天到来时，要立刻带上酒馔去留住东风，无拘无束地躺卧在芳草之上。
注释
满江红：词牌名，又名《上江虹》、《念良游》、《伤春曲》，是唐教坊曲。
况值：正值、恰巧。
交光：互相辉映。
假：如果。
饶（ráo）：加上，增加。
拟（nǐ）：打算。
箪（dān）瓢（piáo）金玉：谓一贫一富。箪，古代盛饭的圆竹器；瓢，饮器。箪瓢，指贫穷生活；金玉，指宝贵豪奢的生活。
殢（tì）：困扰、纠缠不清；滞留。
东风：春风。

满江红·无利无名创作背景
张昪八十岁时，远亲近邻都来祝寿，张昪取出自己亲手酿制的米酒，杀鸡宰鹅，与乡亲们共饮。席间，张昪豪情勃发，击杯而歌，吟咏出这首《满江红》词。

满江红·无利无名鉴赏
上片的首句“无利无名，无荣无辱，无烦无恼”直接写出词人不重名利的心态。“夜灯前、独歌独酌、独吟独笑”二句，写词人洒脱不羁的快乐生活。词人喜欢在夜晚“独歌独酌、独吟独笑”，一个“独”字就写出了词人的超然，“便假饶百岁拟如何，从他老。”表明作者就是喜爱歌酒吟笑的生活，雪月交辉的环境，至老无悔，表现了潇洒的人生观。
下片则阐发议论。“知富贵，谁能保。知功业，何时了”一句感慨富贵难保，生命的时光有限，传达出要抓紧时间，及时行乐的思想。末句“待春来携酒带东风，眠芳草”再以携酒游春的计划收结。
全词以朴实无华的语句、直倾胸臆的手法表达自己不计名利、看穿富贵、超拔烦恼、悠游岁月的襟抱。上片由超然物外的心境，歌酒吟笑的生活，雪月交辉的环境，归结到如此生活，可以任其自然，到老无悔。下片言富贵难保，功业无尽，贫富相差无几，生命时光有限，推导出唯早及时游乐。末句再以携酒游春的计划收结。全词以议论入词，咏唱逍遥人生，在内容、手法和风调上可谓别具面目，其中渗融着《庄子》的齐物观和相对论。[4] 该词为冬日雪夜感怀之作。全篇围绕“名利”、“富贵”、“功业”等话题展开，表达了作者的见解。这是一首看透世事的旷达之作，词人表达的是自己不计名利、看穿富贵，乐观潇洒，旷达不羁的豁达心态。

张昪（992─1077）字杲卿，韩城（今属陕西）人。南宋初人，作者经历宋由盛到衰的时代。此词为作者退居期间所作。大中祥符八年（1015）进士，官至御史中丞、参知政事兼枢密使，以太子太师致仕。熙宁十年卒，年八十六，谥康节。
