译文
频繁地去看望，怕人们说闲话，要是一天不去，自己就坐立不安，心里发慌。如果能得到治相思病的好药主，就用不着这样被相思手折磨得像犯了魔障。你嘲笑我故作多情瞎思乱想，要是轮到你头上你也会这样。
注释
醉扶归：仙吕宫曲牌。句式：五五、七五、七五。
频：频繁、急迫、紧急。
忙：此处指内心忙乱、急迫不安。
海上方：指有奇效的仙方。秦始皇曾派方士到海上去寻求长生不老的药方，故名。
不道得：意为不见得，不至于，不一定。闲魔障：此指相思病。
打到：俗语，碰到。头直上：即头上、直上、上面。

吕止庵，别有吕止轩，疑即一人。生卒、经历不详。散曲作品内容感时悲秋，自伤落拓不遇，间有兴亡之感，可能是一宋亡不仕的遗民。明·朱权《太和正音谱》评其词"如晴霞结绮"。以后庭花十首得盛名。今存北词谱及阳春白雪中。所做散曲作品现存小令三十三首，套数四套。
