更进一杯酒，歌一阕。叹人生，最难欢聚易离别。且莫辞沉醉，听取阳关彻。念故人，千里至此共明月。
踏莎行·寒草烟光阔鉴赏
这是一首送别词，首句描写边关壮阔的山河，早春烟草犹寒，渭水河水声呜咽，以愁心观景，景物也仿佛凝愁一般。后面的几句化用“渭城朝雨浥轻尘，客舍青青柳色新”诗意，也就是说春雨涨潮，雨后出发时，马蹄扬不起飞尘，（能见度很好）。柳与“留”音近，折柳赠别是古代常见习俗，折柳GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>送人时黯然伤神，不知再次相逢是何年何月了。下阕写饯别敬酒，继续化用王维的诗意，饮酒饯别，由眼前的离别，联想到人生苦短，别时容易见时难，所以更要把握眼前相聚的时光，不要推辞说喝醉了，阳关就是《阳关三叠》，由王维的《渭城曲》改编的配乐歌曲，“渭城朝雨浥轻尘，客舍青青柳色新。劝君更尽一杯酒，西出阳关无故人”，用《阳关三叠》曲子做劝酒之辞，让朋友一定要喝尽兴，今天聚过之后，以后只能对着明月思念远方的朋友了。（后来苏轼也以此意写出了“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”，知名度更高。）

莱国忠愍公寇准（961-1023），字平仲。汉族，华州下邽(今陕西渭南）人。北宋政治家﹑诗人。太平兴国五年进士，授大理评事，知归州巴东、大名府成安县。天禧元年，改山南东道节度使，再起为相（中书侍郎兼吏部尚书、同平章事、景灵宫使）。天圣元年 (1023) 九月，又贬寇准衡州司马，是时寇准病笃，诏至，抱病赴衡州（今衡阳）任，病故于竹榻之上，妻子宋氏奏乞归葬故里。皇佑四年，诏翰林学士孙抃撰神道碑，帝为篆其首曰“旌忠”。寇准善诗能文，七绝尤有韵味，今传《寇忠愍诗集》三卷。
