译文
一阵阵爽风吹过亭栏，频频飘来红莲的香馨，叫我如何忍受悠悠的思念，我又想起那如花的佳人。旧日的欢情好似一场梦幻，此时的她早已杳无音信。
画屏上那重峦叠翠的山景，在我眼中模糊成团团绿云，清冷的竹席上，水一样的花纹漂动着宛如波光磷磷。不知何处骤响一阵蝉鸣，可是要召回我飘断的思魂？
注释
红藕：红莲的别称。槛（jiàn）：栏杆，这里指亭栏。
似花人：与荷花一样艳丽的美人。
绝音尘：断绝了音信。
“翠叠”句：画屏上翠山重叠，隐约可见。
“冷铺”句：铺上冰凉的簟席，簟纹如水波潾潾。文，同“纹”。簟（diàn），竹席。
一蝉新：突然响起一声蝉鸣。

浣溪沙·红藕花香到槛频鉴赏
李珣的这首词是写男子对女子的想念，写得清奇流丽，与花间词秾艳香软的基本风格很有些不同。从横向看，倒是与南唐词风颇为接近。
李珣的这首词，与他的另一首《浣溪沙·访旧伤离欲断魂》取的是同题材，不过时间稍有先后。从两词所用韵脚来看，五韵中有三韵相重，估计写作日期也不会相距太远。从内容来看，另一首写的是春天，寻“旧欢”不着，颇觉意外，所以情绪起伏较大。而这一首则写夏秋之际，已是痛定思痛，因此意蕴也就较前首更为婉约深沉。
此词上片首句用的是传统的比兴手法。荷花发出阵阵幽香，不时地飘进廊槛上来。第二句即点出主题，由花香引发愁思，在百无聊赖中实在不堪回忆所爱之人。由于上句已经写明荷花，就使下句的“似花人”变得很具体。第三句进一步说明不堪回忆往事的缘由。旧欢已成梦幻，“她”也不会再来了。这就把词人的绝望心情和盘托出，足以引起读者的同情与共鸣。
此词下片写得很成功，历来为人所激赏。第一句写屏风，其上远山含翠，隐约多姿；第二句写竹席，其上竹枝如波纹，十分清澈，给人带来一丝凉意。这两句虽然写的都是眼前景物，但用山水来象征词人与意中人的分离，是十分妥帖的。这两句在艺术上的确堪称杰构。首先，对仗十分工巧，又具有鲜明的词的特色，绝不混同于一般的律诗。其次，“冷铺文簟水潾潾”，比喻新奇，内涵丰富，既有季节特点，又有人的感受，写得十分出色。尤为难得的是，在连续两个佳句之后，并无“才尽”之感，最后一句竟又翻出新意：伤心的思绪在空中飘荡，突然听到一声蝉鸣。蝉鸣，既使作者回到了现实，又提供了很多的想象余地。“断魂”二字，通过“一蝉新”告诉人们，无穷无尽的悲哀正在等待着词人。
李珣《浣溪沙》共四首，笔触清丽，情深意切，正如《栩庄漫记》所说：“其词温厚而不儇薄。”

李珣（855？-930？），五代词人。字德润，其祖先为波斯人。居家梓州（四川省三台）。生卒年均不详，约唐昭宗乾宁中前后在世。少有时名，所吟诗句，往往动人。妹舜弦为王衍昭仪，他尝以秀才预宾贡。又通医理，兼卖香药，可见他还不脱波斯人本色。蜀亡，遂亦不仕他姓。珣著有琼瑶集，已佚，今存词五十四首，（见《唐五代词》）多感慨之音。）
