梁寅（1303——1389），字孟敬，新喻（今江西省新余市下村镇）人。明初学者。元末累举不第，后征召为集庆路（治所在今江苏南京市，当时辖境相当今南京市及江宁、句容、溧水、溧阳、高淳等县地）儒学训导，晚年结庐石门山，四方士多从学，称其为“梁五经”，著有《石门词》。《明史》有传。元末兵起，明太祖朱元璋征天下名儒修述礼乐时，他被征任，时年已六十有余。在礼局中，讨论精审，诸儒皆为推服。书成后，将就官，他以老病辞，归里。
