霜馀溪湍息奔斗，农隙维时梁可构。往来恐有病涉人，官著恒规谁敢后。
邑胥承帖来乡里，乡民见胥如见鬼。督材斩木到丘垄，致期视成殴妇子。
人未安行力已疲，冬无旨蓄鸡先死。田家鸡尽诚可哀，邑宰旦夕行桥来。
吁嗟此役本为利，谁知为害翻百倍。老癃伛偻诉且泣，莫遣吏监民自力。
治贪问瘼乃吾事，去甚痛惩尤所急。老癃又言官试听，今日所知百无一。
我闻此语愤填膺，不可胜诛空太息。安得落落寰区间，尽是龚黄二千石。

许有壬(1286～1364) 元代文学家。字可用，彰（zhang）德汤阴（今属河南）人。延祐二年(1315)进士及第，授同知辽州事。后来官中书左司员外郎时，京城外发生饥荒，他从"民，本也"的思想出发，主张放赈（chen 四声）救济。河南农民军起，他建议备御之策十五件。又任集贤大学士，不久改枢密副使，又拜中书左丞。他看到元朝将士贪掠人口玉帛而无斗志，就主张对起义农民实行招降政策。
