湛方生，东晋诗人。籍贯与生卒年均不详。据他的《庐山神仙诗序》提到“太元十一年”一语，可知他当生活于东晋后期，孝武帝时人，曾任西道县县令、卫军咨议，后辞官归隐。《隋书·经籍志》载《湛方生集》共10卷，今佚。今人逯钦立《先秦汉魏晋南北朝诗》辑其诗9首，另有一些佚句。严可均《全上古三代秦汉三国六朝文》辑其文和赋18篇。
