许国佐（一六〇五 — 一六四六），字班王，一字钦翼，号旧庵。揭阳人。性豪宕不羁，嗜酒，工诗。明思宗崇祯四年（一六三一）进士。授富顺县知县，升兵部主事，累官郎中。遣戍，乞归养。清世祖顺治三年，刘公显破揭阳，母被拘。国佐自缚前往，请以身代，并系之，拷掠无完肤，厉声大骂而死。时以为死孝云。有《百洲堂集》、《蜀弦集》、《旧庵拙稿》、《班斋数句话》。清康熙《潮州府志》卷九上、清乾隆修《潮州府志》卷二九有传。
