戚继光（1528年11月12日－1588年1月5日，即嘉靖七年闰十月初一－万历十五年十二月初八），字元敬，号南塘，晚号孟诸，卒谥武毅。汉族，山东登州人，祖籍安徽定远，生于山东济宁。明代著名抗倭将领、军事家。官至左都督、太子太保加少保。
