黄溍（1277年11月27日—1357年10月18日），字晋卿，一字文潜，婺州路义乌（今浙江义乌）人，元代著名史官、文学家、书法家、画家。他文思敏捷，才华横溢，史识丰厚。一生著作颇丰，诗、词、文、赋及书法、绘画无所不精，与浦江的柳贯、临川的虞集、豫章的揭徯斯，被称为元代“儒林四杰”。他的门人宋濂、王袆、金涓、傅藻等皆有名于世。
