释行海（一二二四～？）（生年据本集卷上《癸酉春侨居无为寺归云阁以十五游方今五十为题信笔十首》推算），号雪岑，剡（今浙江嵊县）人（同上书《归剡》）。早年出家，十五岁游方，度宗咸淳三年（一二六七）住嘉兴先福寺。有诗三千馀首，林希逸选取其中近体二百馀首为《雪岑和尚续集》二卷。事见本集林希逸跋。 释行海诗，以《雪岑和尚续集》抄本为底本，校以日本宽文五年（一六六五）刻本。
