姚勉（1216～1262），乳名二郎，学名冲，因避讳改名勉，字述之、成一，号蜚卿、飞卿，古天德乡（今江西宜丰县新庄镇）灵源村人。宋嘉定9年（1216）生，初生时，曾被弃之山野雪地，故其成年后自号“雪坡”以志不忘。
