刘孝威（？～548）南朝梁诗人、骈文家。名不详，字孝威。彭城（今江苏徐州）人，出生官宦之家，齐大司马从事中郎刘绘之子、刘孝绰第六弟。生年不详，卒于梁武帝太清二年。孝威以诗胜，三兄孝仪以文胜，故孝绰有“三笔六诗”之誉，气调爽逸，风仪俊举。初为安北晋安王法曹，转主簿。隋书·经籍志》著录《刘孝威集》十卷，今佚。明张溥《汉魏六朝百三名家集》辑有《刘孝仪孝威集》。今存诗约六十首。
