（496—574）南朝陈汝南安成（今河南汝南县东南）人，字思行。周颙孙。年十岁，通《老子》、《周易》，十五补国子生。起家梁太学博士。累迁国子博士，于士林馆讲授，听者倾朝野。博学，善谈玄及占候，兼明释典，当世名僧亦多请质疑滞。侯景占建康，附景为太常，掌礼仪。后投元帝，授黄门侍郎，迁左户尚书，加散骑常侍，校雠秘府图籍。入陈，累迁侍中、尚书右仆射。侍东宫讲《论语》、《孝经》。撰有《周易讲疏》等。
