（466—535）南朝梁东海郯人，字修仁。孤贫好学，六岁作祈霁文，见称耆宿。齐时，起家国子生，射策甲科，迁太学博士。入梁，为中书侍郎，迁尚书左丞。自掌枢宪，多所纠举。迁吏部尚书，开立九品为十八班之制，自是贪冒茍进者以财货取通，守道沦退者以贫寒见没。曾奉命主修五礼。累官至侍中、中卫将军。卒谥简肃。有《流别起居注》、《选品》等，皆佚。
