（1227—1307）宋元间徽州歙县人，字万里，号虚谷。幼孤，从叔父学。宋理宗景定三年进士。初媚贾似道，似道败，又上十可斩之疏。后官知严州，以城降元，为建德路总管。寻罢归，遂肆意于诗。有《桐江集》、《续古今考》，又选唐宋以来律诗，为《瀛奎律髓》。
