丧家之狗的典故

春秋时期，孔子带领他的学生到各诸侯国讲学，因孔子是保守派，与当时诸侯争霸不合拍，常常受到冷遇。一次孔子与弟子走散，孔子呆在东门旁发呆，子贡问郑国人孔子在何处。郑国人说东门边有个老头子像一只丧家之狗在发呆。
