晏开之警的典故
东汉初年，光武帝封知识渊博的耿国为黄门侍郎，后来升他为五官郎将。在对待匈奴呼韩邪单于上书称臣的问题上，耿国认为可以采纳，让其去抵御鲜卑、乌桓，使中原无晏开之警，是一个万世有安宁之策。刘秀才能他的意见。
